Hardy. No other fern is quite like this one! The leaves on the stems are small and ball-shaped so that the fronds resemble strings of beads. A beautiful fern, so different from anything else.

Hardy. Feathery- looking fern with bluish-green, lance-shaped fronds and distinctive spore- bearing fronds. Spreads quite happily in moist, acidic soil, but will tolerate drier conditions where it will spread less.
